Although appointment cancellations are rare, canceled are made available online same day.  For those that aren't visible, you can submit a wait-list request. These appointments are given to the person that respond the quickest. I will now offered offline appointments on occasion through out the week. Wait-List request are done week by week, be sure to fill out one every week.
